Pidgie Planning started with the intention of providing high-level customer service-centred development application (DA) assistance.
The director and principal planner, Josh Pidgeon, has a wealth of experience assessing development applications from Council’s side, with experience as a planner at Sutherland and Wingecarribee Councils. Now, he is taking on a new mission; to assist the public with their applications through council. Josh is located in the Southern Highlands of NSW, and specialises in rural to semi-rural residential development, specifically within Wollondilly, Goulburn-Mulwarree, Kiama and Shoalhaven. *Due to Code of Conduct policies, all applications lodged by, or with the assistance of Pidgie Planning at Wingecarribee Shire Council, must be assessed by external planners and determined by the Local Planning Panel until further notice.
