We will act on your behalf and be the communication point between you and the relevant Council (Council’s will only reach out to you to gain access to your site for their assessment, all planning issues or (if) requests for additional information will be handled by our team.
10% service fee on top of Council DA fees (based on cost of works) -
If your application requires additional information during assessment (not including prior to lodgement)
3% service fee on top of consultant fees, if relevant. ½ original price for amended Statement of Environmental Effects
Note: As of 2026, Councils in NSW tend to often “RETURN” development applications before they are lodged and fees are sent, if they are not considered to be “assessment ready”. Pidgie Planning will not charge you services fees for acting as applicant until the development application is lodged. If your Pidgie Planning application is returned before lodgement, this does not mean that your application is refused or rejected, it will just need to be relodged on the NSW Planning Portal as soon as the requested documentation is provided. Pidgie Planning will not charge any extra fees for the re-lodgement of a previously returned Pidgie Planning application, apart from a 3% service fee if additional documentation is required.
